"We were first time home buyers and MJ walked us through every step of finding our dream beginner home. After looking for 6 months, MJ found us exactly what we wanted and helped us negotiate to find what we wanted in our budget. She was reliable, informative, and a delight to work with. She also made the process fun for both my husband and I. As new parents, one of the things we really wanted in our home search was a neighborhood that we could meet people in and make new young family friends. After we purchased the home and moved in, MJ and her team at VIP Realty rented an ice cream truck for an hour and placed it in front our place. They invited all the neighbors to come meet us. It was such a fun way to meet all our neighbors! We are so grateful for our experience working with her and our new home (and neighborhood)!"

"I trusted Maryjane because she lived in the same neighborhood. She knows the market and has sales experience with homes in the area. She was very organized with attention to detail. She found some discrepancies with the property and made corrections. She worked hard to prepare my house for the open house. She paid for professional cleaners and de-clutterers. This made packing easier for me as well. She used technology to sign the paperwork. Maryjane also hired a professional photographer and drone pilot to take aerial photos. I loved the idea that she also listed my house on her private website. We consulted with her on all things related to the sale and my move. At times she was our therapist. My house sold over one weekend. Maryjane made a stressful experience feel effortless."

"If you want a friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and PATIENT realtor, who will hold your hand every step of the way, whether you're buying or selling (or both in our case!) than stop your search now and call MaryJane. We fell in love with a property but hesitated to pursue it because our current home was a zoo (two small kids!) and we knew we would have to sell concurrently. That didn't deter MJ. We saw it on a Sat, she made our offer that night, beat out 8 others, worked with a lender on Sunday because they had a good relationship and on Monday, she had decluttering/staging experts come to our house to prep it. Within 4 hours, it looked like a model and she hired a cleaning crew to make it sparkle, THAT evening, she already had a couple come by and they made an offer above asking! All within 10 hours!! While i recognize this is atypical, and individual results may very, it's a testament to MJ's ability to GSD!Throughout the course of escrow, she was constantly fielding questions from us and giving us recommendations or advice. I could go on and on, but if I haven't convinced you by now, good luck, and if I have, I'll let MJ herself surprise you will all the unique touches and details that make her the best agent we've ever used (and would again!)."

"When I think of working with Mary Jane I think of incredible service, local connections, and a savvy agent. We sold and bought a house with Mary Jane during the extremely competitive market of low interest rates, many quarantining and working from home, and lots of folks looking to move.  Although we don’t want to do either again anytime soon, we would choose to work with Mary Jane again in a heartbeat.  From our first meeting she listened to our new home wishlist, gave us an estimated balance sheet of numbers for our home to sell, and created a plan with us to show our home at its best.  We did our part with necessary fixes, improvements, and decluttering, and then she and her team of connections went above and beyond with window-cleaning, deep cleaning, staging, photography, strategizing showings, and connecting with other Real Estate professionals.  Mary Jane made herself available via email, text, and phone.  She shared new apps with us to be able to search listings together and mark our favorites or not-favorites.  When we met up in the heat of summer she lined up appointments, came prepared with listing sheets for properties, and took note of what we didn’t like and liked, to help with the search.  She quickly honed in on our style, helped us envision greater potential in places, and gave her honest opinion when we asked.  When we were starting to lose hope that we’d find our new home, she reached out to many of her connections to see about other potential future listings.  To make sure our offers were taken seriously she connected us with local lenders, encouraged us to write our personal offer letter, and reviewed offer options.  She kept us abreast of key happenings, and shielded us from behind-the-scenes drama.  Based on her years of experience she guided us through the process of next moves to consider and digital paperwork.  She fought hard on our behalf, and also represented us with grace and professionalism.  We are so thankful to you, Mary Jane, for all of your hard work!"
